The following information is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and of EU Regulation 2016/679.

Federturismo reserves the right to update this privacy statement if new features are added to the site, in full compliance with current law. In the event of substantial changes to this information, the associated users whose data Federturismo is in possession of will be informed of the changes by means of a communication to the e-mail addresses provided during registration.
Purpose of the Treatment
We inform you, pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016, that the personal data collected through our site will be processed:
for the purpose of registering for events upon request or subject to authentication by the interested party;
for the purpose of sending newsletters/circulars relating to the statutory activity of the Association, subject to authentication of the interested party, or for service, consultancy, assistance and representation activities (contact with the user, social functions, interaction with social networks, etc.), in execution of the associative service.
It remains understood that the refusal to provide the requested data will make it impossible for the Association to provide the online services to the Member.
Federturismo will proceed with the processing of the aforementioned personal data in compliance with the legislation on the protection of the processing of personal data as well as with the legal, contractual and regulatory obligations and guarantees.
The aforementioned data will be processed only by specifically authorized and trained internal personnel and may be communicated to all those interested
Processing methods
Personal data will be processed with the tools and methods deemed appropriate to protect their security and confidentiality. Their processing will be carried out both manually and with the aid of electronic or automated tools, for which specific protection measures, both physical and IT, have been adopted.
In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases other subjects may have access to such data as external Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 of EU Regulation 679/2016. The updated list of Managers can always be requested from the Data Controller.
Duration of Data Treatment
In general, personal data will be processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the user or for the purposes described in this document, without prejudice to the possibility for the user to request the interruption of processing or the deletion of data ( see paragraph 7).
The data processed for the purpose of registering for congresses and events will be canceled at the end of the same.
Nature of the Data Processing
On this site it is not mandatory to provide personal data as long as it is used only for consultation purposes.

Exercise of user rights
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same from the Data Controller, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or, in the cases foreseen by law, to request their integration, cancellation, updating, rectification, transformation into anonymous form or blocking (if processed in violation of the law), as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment .
The personal data collected and processed through registration and\or access to the site are resident on servers located within the European Union.
