The south area of Basilicata has been the project referenced geographical surface: to strenghen and to improve human resources competence in all the tourism fields and levels, has been the project aim: human resources, enterprises and organisation adaptability to the changes in tourism fields and either national and international market evolution has been the target to achieve, by aquisition of new and better quality standards, competence, technological innovation and hospitality culture.
