The project PacTS4ALL aims to respond to the needs of coordination and coordinated action of all tourism-related initiatives in the field of upskilling and reskilling currently being implemented.
This encompasses the key European Commission initiative of the Pact for Skills for Tourism, a flagship initiative that saw its inception in 2020, following the launch of the European Skills Agenda.
The objectives of the project are the following:
– Enlarge the audience and outreach of the Pact for Skills for Tourism.
– Provide a coordinating body that includes the Pact for Skills for Tourism Management Committee as well as the most relevant project initiatives that are currently funded in the field of skills and hospitality.
– Creation and mainstream of a common approach for development and governance of Regional Skills Partnership.
– Ensuring a common identity and entry point for all actors and organisations interested in working in tourism and skills development across Europe.
