From January to December 2004
Si.Qual (System Quality) project aimed to give a strong input at the management of quality system of Small and Medium Enterprises’ heads companies, above all, of the tourism field at European level. Si.Qual project aimed to fill in the structural lacks, concerning the awareness of Quality concept, held by SME’s. They have to guard themselves against other companies competition more and more aggressive and customers more and more demanding.
