The purpose of the project has been the elimination of the factors which cause the discrimination and the exclusion from working in the tourist golfing, thermal and health field for the unemployed living in the south of Italy, unemployed people who in spite of their adequate qualification, lack the specific competence demanded by the development and potentialities of each field.
